COMMITTEE MINUTES FROM MONDAY 5 APRIL 2004

IN THE "IMPERIAL BAR", AIRDRIE AT 7PM

The ceilidh is booked for Saturday 9 October, price of £10 will include two free raffle tickets. It was decided to allocate approximately 20 each for other groups and keep the total amount to 180.

The Quiz night in May - Kenny will try "4 Aces" pub for availability for some time in May.

The summer sail will be arranged for some time in June.

The summer programme was handed out on last walk and remaining will be posted before Easter weekend.

Pat wishes to purchase OS maps on CD, 2 regions cost £40. It was agreed to go ahead with these.

Tricia has received a complaint from a member about the collection of money for other charities etc and there has also been a complaint about the bus always being cold. These have been noted.
