COMMITTEE MINUTES FROM TUESDAY 8 APRIL 2008
IN COATBRIDGE INDOOR BOWLING CLUB, AT 7.15PM
Present : Jay Hunt, Christine McMahon, Ken Paton, Douglas Bryson, Liz Cushley, David Dunn, Margaret Murray, Maureen O’Donnell

After payment of the town hall, there was a loss of £25 for the ceilidh. It was decided to price other bands and/or change date to perhaps have a St Andrews Night ceilidh.
The family walk for Chatelherault to be cancelled due to insufficient interest.
Due to some members enquiring about Lake District Walk being on a Sunday this has now been changed to Saturday 5 July. Douglas to contact bus company re both of these walks.
Jay, Douglas, Christine and Margaret attended Scottish Council in Stirling. The discussions this year were family walks and core paths, a slide show on mountain rescue matters and other talks from various people.
There will be no profit being made on the bus for future family walks.
The barbecue in June will also be a free day.
A 60s/70s/80s disco will be held on Friday 6 June organised by Christine, Margaret, Trisha and Linda Muir for their Edinburgh Moon Walk. A sheet will be put round the bus to see if there is any interest.
