COMMITTEE MINUTES FROM TUESDAY 13 APRIL 2010
IN COATBRIDGE INDOOR BOWLING CLUB, AT 7.15PM

The Lake District walks on Saturday 3 July are now changing with Glen Coe walks on Saturday 12 June. Jim will update website and Christine will produce note to pass out on bus.
Re navigation course, Jim McKenzie has a contact for this or David and Ken will organise this between them.
Liz H. mentioned that Area were putting together an accreditation for training for leaders.
Re advertising, Liz H. awaiting new colour printer to print off leaflets etc.
Charity race night / disco was a great success, it was suggested we hold another later in the year for the club.
It was decided that the barbecue will be a free day.
The quality of the minibus has deteriorated. The suspension in particular at the back of the bus is really bad. Ken will draft a letter to send to Tommy which will be discussed in more detail at the next meeting.
