Jay will book first aid course for October/November. Check with other members to see who is interested. Committee attending - Jay, Kenny, Ken, Christine, Jim, John J.
Any feedback regarding the Aviemore walk was suggesting it was too far away.
St Andrews ceilidh - unable to get band and hall for same date. Ken mentioned Jennifer Flood is willing to help organise 70/80s night for the Autumn.
It was suggested we hold another bowling night in October. Kenny to enquire about dates and prices.
Christmas Party Night to be organised for the Tudor in Airdrie. Kenny to try and book Friday 19th December for 20 people.
The Area AGM will be held on Saturday 24 January 2004 in Helensburgh.
John J has suggested we have one contact phone number for booking walks. A number is hired and one person needs a phone line. John J will look into this further.
Ken mentioned that Millars now have a 33 seater bus.
Advertising - Jim suggested that as our advert is not always put in that we should consider paying for it but it was decided this would probably be too expensive. Jim will update the web with recent pictures.
John J has suggested we put poster on back of Millars bus for advertising.
Due to some lack of interest on walks this summer Ken suggested next summer we put the walks on fortnightly from mid June to mid August.
Jim will find out more about Isle of Rhum for next Easter.
John produced draft copy of winter programme for discussion. Leaders were picked from the Committee.
