COMMITTEE MINUTES FROM TUESDAY 4 DECEMBER 2007
IN THE "IMPERIAL BAR", AIRDRIE AT 7.15PM
Present : Christine McMahon, Ken Paton, Douglas Bryson, James Muir, Liz Cushley, Fiona Thomson, Margaret Murray

Christine welcomed Margaret to the Committee.
Dates for meetings will be as follows: Tuesday 8 January, 12 February, 11 March, 8 April, 13 May, 10 June, 12 August, 9 September, 14 October and the AGM on Monday 3 November (tbc).
Ken will confirm with David that the meetings will now be held in Coatdyke Bowling Club.
The committee and positions for the year are as follows: Chairperson - Jay Hunt, Treasurer - Douglas Bryson, Secretary - Christine McMahon, Walks Convenor - Ken Paton/David Dunn, Property Officer - Ken Paton/David Dunn, Publicity Officer - James Muir, Social Secretary - Liz Cushley, Assistant Social Secretary - Margaret Murray, Access Officer - Jay Hunt, Committee Member - Fiona Thomson, Comittee Member - Willie Murphy.
The bowling was another good night with Allan Ward collecting the prize trophy and Douglas collecting nothing for being second.
Ceilidh tickets are now on sale. Liz has started selling them on the bus. Other groups still to be contacted.
The tribute night for Robert Minto will take place on Friday 25 January. A bus will be put on leaving Airdrie at 6.45pm and Coatbridge at 7.00pm.
