COMMITTEE MINUTES FROM TUESDAY 10 FEBRUARY 2009
IN COATBRIDGE INDOOR BOWLING CLUB, AT 7.15PM
Present : Jay Hunt, Christine McMahon, David Dunn, Fiona Thomson, Ken Paton, Jim Muir, Margaret Murray, Liz Cushley, Maureen O’Donnell, Liz Hunt

Liz H. mentioned that navigation courses were discussed at the Area meeting. They are looking at training with Area clubs making some contribution. This will be discussed in more detail at the Scottish Council.
Jay mentioned that reccie expenses were being reviewed.
Liz C. will contact St Andrew’s Hospice to ask them to display a poster with details of the disco. Jim will also see if the 'Advertiser' can mention it as well.
All leaders will be invited to the next committee meeting in order that walks and leaders can be finalised. Christine will also send a letter to leaders asking them if their First Aid kits need to replaced or have items renewed.
Ken and Liz C. to get prices for ceilidh bands.
The Summer programme was discussed in detail - Ken has still to add some walks.
Summer social events suggested were:- barbecue, day out with meal involved, canal or boat sail (Loch Etive cruise was suggested).
