COMMITTEE MINUTES FROM TUESDAY 16 FEBRUARY 2010
IN COATBRIDGE INDOOR BOWLING CLUB, AT 7.15PM
Present : Christine McMahon, James Muir, Ken Paton, Liz Hunt, Margaret Murray, Maureen O’Donnell, Willie Young (Club Member)
Apologies : David Dunn, Liz Cushley, Douglas Bryson
The Summer programme was discussed in detail. All leaders will be invited to the next meeting to finalise walks / leaders.
Leaders to be asked to check on morning stops to see if driver is entitled to a free breakfast.
Summer social events were also discussed. Margaret will look into the possibility of going to the Highland Games at either Cowal or Killin.
An evening meal at Largs was also mentioned. These will be decided at next meeting.
Jim has now put poem and tribute stories on the website together with the article that was in the Kilsyth Chronicle about Jay.
There are now 9 people going to Mull for the Easter weekend. Details are still being passed around the bus.
