COMMITTEE MINUTES FROM MONDAY 7 JUNE 2010
IN COATBRIDGE INDOOR BOWLING CLUB, AT 7.15PM
Present : Christine McMahon, Douglas Bryson, James Muir, Margaret Murray, Ken Paton, Maureen O’Donnell, Liz Cushley
Apologies : Liz Hunt, David Dunn
List for barbecue was handed out to see who was buying what. It was decided to charge £7 for the day.
A sheet for the Highland Games will be passed round the bus, total for the day will be £15. Margaret taking names.
Christine has suggested going for a meal after the Jay Tribute Walk on the Antonine Wall. She will check out the 'Coach House Hotel' in Kilsyth.
Ken has suggested we hold a dinner / ceilidh for the 25th anniversary some time in October. He will check dates with the Bowling Club and see what menus are on offer. Christine will contact the ceilidh band that we used last year.
The AGM was discussed. Ken said he will take on the position of Chairperson and David would take over the walk programmes.
