COMMITTEE MINUTES FROM MONDAY 8 JUNE 2009
IN COATBRIDGE INDOOR BOWLING CLUB, AT 7.15PM

Christine / Liz / Jay will purchase the food and drink for the barbecue.
The canal sail at Ratho has been booked for Saturday, 8 August. Cost £20 for sail and lunch plus extra for the bus.
Ken unable to book ceilidh just yet. May have to try another venue/ceilidh band.
The Highlander Hotel in Newtonmore has been booked for the Christmas Party Night on Saturday, 19 December. The price is the same as in previous years at £40. A bus will be provided once again.
Suggestions for the Winter Programme will be discussed at next meeting.
The August meeting will be on Monday, 10 August, with meetings thereafter returning to Tuesdays.
