COMMITTEE MINUTES FROM TUESDAY 3 MAY 2005
IN THE "IMPERIAL BAR", AIRDRIE AT 7PM

Notes were handed out to everyone and Ken read through them for discussion. Christine will purchase first aid kits and folders for all new leaders. Notes to be sent to all who could not attend.
20th Anniversary
Ken passed round pewter badges for inspection. Ken will find out price for these.
Ken has suggested that we sell the poetry books from the 10th anniversary.
Social Events for Summer
The bowling night was a great success with Douglas Bryson being the winner.
Grand Old Opry will take place in September.
Christine will arrange the Summer sail in August.
Other Matters
John had tried to book the bus on the ferry for Arran but unfortunately it is full. It was suggested that if anyone wishes to leave a change of clothes etc to put in a small bag which will then be put in one or two larger sacks.Ken will send out note re reccies when he is sending out maps to leaders.
