COMMITTEE MINUTES FROM THURSDAY 8 MAY 2008
IN COATBRIDGE INDOOR BOWLING CLUB, AT 7.15PM
Present : Jay Hunt, Christine McMahon, Ken Paton, Douglas Bryson, Liz Cushley, David Dunn, James Muir, Margaret Murray, Maureen O’Donnell

The barbecue was discussed and it was decided that a total cost of £300 would be put towards the cost of bus, food etc. There may also be some people coming by car which could add to the cost of the food. It was suggested that a sheet be put round the bus on forthcoming walks to gauge interest.
Jim will find out details of the Loch Katrine sail. Liz will now take names as Jim will be on holiday.
Christine will make out a note to pass round the bus re the sail and the change of date for the Lake District walk.
Tickets are now on sale for the disco in aid of the Edinburgh MoonWalk. The disco will take place on Friday, 6 June.
