COMMITTEE MINUTES FROM TUESDAY 9 MAY 2006

High Tea after Crinan Canal walk has been booked at £10 per person.

 

Barbecue – Ken to check correct island and barbecue items that he has as he is unable to attend.

 

"Cowans Law" is too expensive. Jay will check price for white water rafting instead.

 

It was decided to leave "Xscape" at Braehead until the autumn.

 

Ken and David distributed leaflets re Aviemore Walking Festival which takes place after the first holiday weekend in May. They said it was a great weekend and well worth the club looking into for next year.

 

David explained the petty cash book as some members were unaware exactly what to fill in when collecting money on the bus in his absence.

 

Total income from ceilidh was £830 and outgoings were £765.76 making a profit of £64.24.

 

The new account is now set up with all monies transferred from the Bank of Scotland to the Unity Trust Bank.
