COMMITTEE MINUTES FROM MONDAY 10 MAY 2004

IN THE "IMPERIAL BAR", AIRDRIE AT 7PM

With regard to the Ceilidh, Jay will contact Cumbernauld Group and Christine will contact other groups nearer the time.

Kenny still to try and book Four Aces for the Quiz Night, this will now be held early June.

After discussion it was decided that we should increase Robert's tip from £10 to £15.

The Corrour walk will be £7 plus price for the train. It has been decided to leave 15 minutes earlier than stated on the programme.

Ken stated there would only be one walk on for the Lake District and the price would be £10. Jim to be notified also to mention it can be a social day for anyone wishing to go.

It was decided that a refresher Leaders Meeting should take place to go over leader's guidelines in general. This will take place before the next committee meeting on Monday 7 June at 7.00pm. Christine to send out letters informing leaders of this.

Kenny mentioned that a lot of rubbish was left on the bus on a previous walk and all members should be told to take litter home with them.

John J suggested changing pick up point for Coatbridge to the bus stop at Asda which would give more shelter in bad weather. It was decided to wait until nearer the Winter programme and ask members of their preference.
