COMMITTEE MINUTES FROM MONDAY 10 MAY 2010
IN COATBRIDGE INDOOR BOWLING CLUB, AT 7.15PM

Liz H. produced A3 posters which will be advertised throughout the community. She now has use of the printer for these items.
All charity nights for Liz H. have been a great success.
The problems with the 33-seater bus were raised. Tommy at the garage mentioned to Douglas that the bus is roadworthy. It was therefore decided to switch between 24 and 51-seaters throughout the remainder of the Summer programme. The 51-seater will be used for long-haul journeys or journeys that are popular. The fares will be increased to £12 for the 51-seater only. It should also be noted that walks like Arran and the Lake District (which would be more expensive anyway) will continue to be charged on a "one-off" basis irrespective of the size of bus used.
Details for the barbecue will be discussed at next meeting.
