Bowling Night - there will be 24 attending the bowling night on Friday 21 November. As Kenny may
be late due to going on a reccie, Pat will collect the money from everyone.
Christmas Part Night - 32 attending on Friday 5 December, balance now paid.
Ceilidh tickets are now on sale for the ceilidh on Saturday 21 February. John J has asked that we try
and obtain raffle prizes from shop outlets etc. John J will contact "Livingwell" and Christine "Tiso's".
First Aid Course - Patricia is still waiting on Bob coming back to her on a date for the course. It was
decided we should now leave this to the middle of January 2004.
John has bought new maps etc for the Club.
Ken stated the price of the minibus will be £110 throughout the winter, and an extra £20
for the 33 seater.
A discussion took place re sending out Christmas Cards to all members, but it was
decided this would be too time consuming and perhaps an advert in the "Advertiser" would be easier.
Easter weekend was discussed again. Suggestions are Rhum, Glen Affric, Lake District and
Lecht. A decision will be made by the next meeting. Jay will look into this.
A discussion took place regarding the collection of bus money. It was decided that if Pat
wasn't on a walk, then the leader would do this. Christine will write to all leaders stating that if they
do not wish to collect the money, then another committee member will do it for them.
As numbers attending walks have increased significantly recently, John has suggested that we do an occasional
raffle when the bus is busy.
