COMMITTEE MINUTES FROM MONDAY 1 SEPTEMBER 2003

IN THE "IMPERIAL BAR", AIRDRIE AT 7PM

Present : Jay Hunt, Christine McMahon, John Jamieson, John Young, Kenny Weldon, Pat Malone

First Aid Course - still to be decided who to use. Jay to find out further of costs etc with other companies. Christine will contact all leaders and ask on bus if anyone else is interested in attending.

Kenny to try and book Friday 10th October for bowling night. Sheet going round the bus to check interest.

Christmas Party night booked for Friday 5 December, price £27.50. Christine collecting deposits of £10.00.

Glen Affric has been suggested for Easter weekend. Jay to check.

John J has looked into the use of a common phone number but it has been decided not to go ahead for various reasons.

Christine handed out note on general matters to be put in along with Winter programme. All committee members to check this over for any comments or changes.

John produced the draft Winter programme for completion of the walks. As Ken is on holiday John will finalise any minor changes and email to Christine for printing.
